1. Returns & Exchanges
- ✓ Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- ✓ Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- ✓ All returned items go through a quality check before approval.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- ✓ Innerwear, lingerie, nightwear, swimwear
- ✓ Custom-stitched or altered items
- ✓ Clearance or final sale items
3. Refunds
- ✓ Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- ✓ Cash on Delivery: Refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
4. Exchanges
- ✓ Available for size or color, subject to stock availability.
- ✓ If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
- ✓ Any price difference must be paid before dispatch.
- ✓ Postage charges apply.
5. Return Shipping
- ✓ We cover shipping for defective or incorrect items.
- ✓ For other cases, shipping is borne by the customer.
- ✓ Return to the designated warehouse and share the courier tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
6. How to Request

- ✓ Share your Order ID and reason for return or exchange.
- ✓ We will guide you through pickup or self-shipping.
