Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you with a simple and transparent return process.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • ✓ Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • ✓ Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • ✓ All returned items go through a quality check before approval.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • ✓ Innerwear, lingerie, nightwear, swimwear
  • ✓ Custom-stitched or altered items
  • ✓ Clearance or final sale items

3. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.

4. Exchanges

  • ✓ Available for size or color, subject to stock availability.
  • ✓ If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
  • ✓ Any price difference must be paid before dispatch.
  • ✓ Postage charges apply.

5. Return Shipping

  • ✓ We cover shipping for defective or incorrect items.
  • ✓ For other cases, shipping is borne by the customer.
  • ✓ Return to the designated warehouse and share the courier tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

6. How to Request

  • ✓ Share your Order ID and reason for return or exchange.
  • ✓ We will guide you through pickup or self-shipping.
